Cancellations:
Members may cancel their subscription within 17 days from the date of purchase. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds:
Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis if the cancellation request is made within the 17 day cancellation period.
Refund Processing Time:
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, subject to the policies of your bank or payment provider.
No Refunds After Cancellation Period:
Purchases beyond the 17th day period are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
