Refund Policy

Applies only for long leave (minimum one month).
Refund depends on timing of intimation:
- Intimation before the 4TH day of the month → No fee charged .
- Intimation before 17th day of month(but after 4th day) → Half fee charged
- Intimation after 17th day → Full fee charged
Advance fees already paid are non-refundable.
Refund applies only to future dues.
Leave intimation must be submitted to administration. Without intimation, refund is not applicable.
Seat reservation is not guaranteed during leave; seat may change subject to availability.
Refunds are processed within a fixed timeline.
Policy may be revised with prior notice to members.
