• Members must provide accurate personal details during registration.
• Membership is non-transferable.

2. Library Conduct

• Silence must be maintained inside the library.
• Drinks, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
• Respect staff, fellow members, and library property.
• Misconduct may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

3. Fees & Payments

• Membership fees must be paid in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable .
• The library reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.

4. Use of Facilities

• Computers, study rooms, and other facilities are for academic/research purposes only.
• Members must not install software, alter settings, or misuse equipment.
• Damage to property will result in penalties and possible suspension.

5. Events & Notices

• Members will be informed of workshops, events, or changes via official notices.
• Participation in events is voluntary but subject to registration.

6. Privacy & Data

• Members information will be kept confidential and used only for library administration.
• The library will not share personal data with third parties without consent.

7. Termination of Membership

• The library reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of rules.
• Members may voluntarily cancel their membership by submitting a written request.

8. Amendments

• These terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
• Members will be notified of changes through official communication channels.
