- Silence must be maintained inside the library.
- Drinks, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
- Respect staff, fellow members, and library property.
- Misconduct may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
3. Fees & Payments
- Membership fees must be paid in advance.
- Payments are non-refundable .
- The library reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.
4. Use of Facilities
- Computers, study rooms, and other facilities are for academic/research purposes only.
- Members must not install software, alter settings, or misuse equipment.
- Damage to property will result in penalties and possible suspension.
5. Events & Notices
- Members will be informed of workshops, events, or changes via official notices.
- Participation in events is voluntary but subject to registration.

- Members information will be kept confidential and used only for library administration.
- The library will not share personal data with third parties without consent.
7. Termination of Membership
- The library reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of rules.
